The app keeps crashing .. Took money off account no food

I signed up - there are a lot of delivery services popping up. I booked a delivery and money was taken. It then fell apart..... The app got stuck sending my order through..... They managed to take my payment though.... Talked to customer support who chased it up at the restaurant end.... The restaurant rejected my order for no reason.... Customer support went silent, other than to say refund could take up to 3 days..... Amazing how they can quickly take money for a non existent service but take days to return it. HOPELESS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The app itself is well-designed and for the most part, very easy to use. I do wish restaurants got in the habit of writing better descriptions, but this is nothing to do with the app. The animation when adding items is nice. Instead of editing to remove items in my basket, perhaps a left-sliding option to delete the item might be good. Overall a very handy little app when you want food quickly and cant be bothered to peel yourself off the sofa!

App crashed straight away after order, when tried to connect to it, it gave me an error. After I ordered from another place, but they delivered to me even this crashed order. Crap, crap, crap - employ normal software developers, not anyone, who heard the word "computer"

I am currently in Copenhagen, Denmark, a significant international city and the app wont even recognize my zip code. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? How do I see so many "Just Eat" delivery cars driving around the city if the app doesnt even work!?

14 days in London and I didnt miss out on any cuisine

If this should be something new you guys are wrong because its simply the copy of the American app DoorDash. Its ridiculous. Thanks for bringing fake progress and innovation in Italy. Again, just RIDICULOUS.

The iPad experience is very enjoyable and user friendly. The only problem Ive encountered is that paying with new credit/debit cards sometimes doesnt work and cancels the card with the respective bank. If this glitch could be fixed the app would get 5 stars. Otherwise, pretty amazing.

App works well. I think its quicker than using the web site.
