very intuitive and easy to use. five stars!

Found the app tricky to use. Moving around sections of the menu (eg starters to mains) counter intuitive. If the app decides you dont qualify for its tube promo, almost impossible to actually order.

Who doesnt love an easy way to find takeaways? I work a lot and travel around the country- with this app always have access to tasty food. Love the in app discounts and spot on reviews.

I mean you can switch it off but still... I dont need an app that reminds me to use it. Notifications should be for deliveries not advertisment.

Im not a big user because I dont order really often, but yes, this app is useful, I like it!

I live in a city in North America where food delivery apps are abundant. There are a few requirements for a good experience: fast delivery, accuracy, and ease of use. Hungryhouse was a poor experience. The order was incomplete, and upon a courteous request for a £5 refund, was only offered £3, which was nice, but did not feel adequate. We ordered fish n chips for five, with curry chips, tartar sauce and ketchup. No curry. No tartar. And no ketchup arrived. Just fried fish and regular chips, no condiments. We made requests for sauces in the custom field, but neither the restaurant, nor Hungryhouse (I contacted them via chat), said they had seen the request. The request shows on my order history. What is the point of custom fields if they are ignored? Other apps also let you track delivery on your phone. This one didnt have the feature. Deleted the app. Wont even use the credit given.

After updated it never allows my iPhone 4S to open the app. Need to be fixed ASAP!

if you ever use this app, please be carefull. First you choose your deal and try to give your order. They transfer the price of your order directly to their bank account. and after that they are saying "ooops... The deal that you choose isnt working your area??" and what? Now you have a 23 quid to spend for bad deals...

After the update app lost all card details for payment. While ordering next time i entered details manually, which is annoying and ticked the box "save details for future orders" . Next time had to enter details again and once again the box, but unfortunately details are not getting saved. Two stars are given not only to the app, but to a service as well. Was using hungry house since 2011, as it normally happen with time any great service becomes average, mediocre and currently it is worse then average. Lots of orders are getting cancelled, even 20-30 minutes after you placed the order. You paid and seat and wait like an idiot while nothing is going to come. Used it last time today and not going to use again.
