Enjoy the history aspect of the app but can be clunky if you want to add anything to a previous order. Once you learn how to use it though it works well.

Keeps crashing, shows the same restaurants regardless of filter, cannot locate me so cant find places nearby. So much for a 20% discount on first app order. Maybe it will work when this has expired.

Easy to use except for clunky checkout that makes you add credit to your account via credit card then go back to checkout again. Please fix this poor user experience.

This app is almost too easy to use. Im afraid Ill never leave my house again!

Great app. Never had any issues. Just wish there were more restaurants available to choose from in this area. Not much more than Indian or pizza here

This aint so hard to get right. Pretty basic functionality for an app of this purpose.

I was asked to rate a restaurant, yet when I tried to type comments the keyboard on my iPhone never appeared. This app is rubbish. Ive had nothing but issues with it since I downloaded it 3 weeks ago.

This app has not failed me yet. Very dependable and helps with the ordering process when you just cant be bothered to look up different individual locations.

Food arrives as ordered and on time. If going to be late they alert you. Only wish the app menus had more detail of whats included on each item.

Its got great restaurants in our area (NW1). Its also quite convenient once you have added your payment details as it keeps them on file. I prefer using it to ordering online now. But menu navigation is a bit clunky. Overall worth a download.

I started using the app recently, and its very useful. The only con is that when you place a negative review of a restaurant, the eatery refunds you and your review is removed from the list. This gives the ratings and reviews a positive upward bias, which may not be a true reflection of the restaurant so I would suggest using Tripadvisor or Yelp for perusing reviews. Also Hungry House does not refund and sometimes the restaurant doesnt either but your review still disappears, leaving you feeling cheated.

Friendly but could be better

The app seems good but bad.

Possibly the worst iOS app I ever installed on my iPhone. Terrible UI, horrendous UX and rotten with bugs. Even their sh*tty responsive web is better than this.

Weird flow when adding credit card funds, but seems to have better restaurants than Just Eat. Seems worth it.
